THE GYM WILL BE CLOSED TUESDAY MARCH 14th

Due to the winter storm hitting our area tonight through tomorrow evening, we are closing the gym for the safety of our coaches and members. Travel safety is the concern when making this decision. We know you guys and girls want to still get your workout in.  Here is a warm-up before shoveling and a home WOD.

Warm-up and before you shovel:
3 Rounds for Quality
10 Squat Thoracic Rotations
5 Inchworms
10 Samson Lunges
30 Second Side Plank each side
30 second Front Plank

16 Minute EMOM
A- 20/15 Push-Ups
B- 20 Sit-Ups
C- Max Jumping Lunges (SCORE)
D- Rest
