Open WOD 16.3 is here!
Heats will be set once everyone arrives and is briefed. Be at the gym by 9AM to go over movement standards, strategies, and judging. We will be able to run heats quickly because this is such a fast WOD. Make sure to be on-time! Please familiarize yourself with the variant of the WOD you will be doing (whether scaled or RX, masters, etc)
