200m run, as a group: 1 min couch stretch on each leg, 1 min front plank hold, 1 min bottom of the squat, 12 arm circles (forward/ back/across the chest), 10 yoga push up, 10 thoracic rotations 2 lengths of the gym; -high knees, butt kicks, side shuffle.
7 RFT: 400m run (with your partner) 30 Power Cleans (95/65#) split up the reps however you want.
