Last night I touched on the idea that we are a gym of principles and that we will not waiver on them from here out. Form, fundamentals, and purpose come before anything else in regards to the way we program and coach classes. The photo below is how CrossFit HQ defines the hierarchy of fitness. Notice the de-emphasis of weightlifting and sport? When we drill the fundamentals, it's because we want to build the bottom layers of the pyramid for you. Our roof can only go as high as our foundation will support. Who is ready for a sweaty Thursday?!
