WOD - Tuesday, 9.1.2015

Great job coming in today and without knowing the workout. We are going to continue this throughout the week and you are all going to continue to be fitter than ever. Energy in the gym today was great and we look forward to continuing to ride the wave all week.

A hint about Tuesday's workout - An athlete with great form can fall back on average form when they get tired. An athlete with bad form can't fall back on good form when they get tired. There will be a skilled movement in Tuesday's workout and you will get to do it fresh, and tired. Enjoy!
