With a Partner, or in teams of 3 Perform the Following

10 Rounds - Follow the Leader

Partner 1: 200 Meter Row

Partner 2: 15 Sit-Ups

Partner 3: 10 Wallballs

*This workout should take about a half hour, teams with 2 athletes will take the same amount of time because everyone has to do all 3 movements 10 times.
