WOD - Friday, 2.27.15

The CrossFit Games are here!  48 of you have signed up for the open!  We encourage everyone else to jump in too at games.crossfit.com.

Watch the live announcement below.

Here's our plan for the Open this year.  On Fridays during group class, you will do the workouts as our regularly programmed WOD.  Classes will be split in half and you'll be judging each other.  Whether you're doing the Open officially or not, you'll be able to get a taste of competition.  If you believe you may have a top 5 score for the gym, we'll make sure one of our certified judges is counting your reps.  If you want to get into the full-on eye of tiger war face competitive mode, or if you want to just hit the WOD again, come to the gym on Sundays at 11am.  We'll have several certified judges and we'll organize a few heats as needed.  Even if you don't want to hit the workout again, this is a great time to cheer on your buddies.   To wrap-up the open we will hold Friday Night Lights IV to coincide with 15.5 on March 27th.  That Friday night we'll have a full sign-up sheet, preset heats, throw down, and follow it with an awesome party.

Note: No 5am Open gym on Wednesday and Friday's until the Open is over (five weeks).
