Warm up

With a partner 

10 minutes alternating movement each minute

max doubles (partner a)
Max burpees (partner b)

Rest 2 min

30 beat swings each - focus on back swing (pressing down with hands and lats)

Beat the clock

Each partner completes the following every 2 minutes until failure - once the team fails to beat the clock they do half of the reps for the remaining time. Score is total full rounds completed

15 med ball cleans while partner holds bottom of squat
20 doubles Rx
10 double attempts scaled

Partner rests during doubles. One partner does all of the work before other partner start
