Happy Friday! We had a great turnout for our New Year's Day Resolution WOD. Those who came worked on their worst movements and crushed it. 

Our new Elements Classes and Fitness Classes will begin on Monday, January 12th. Open gym all day will begin on Monday, January 5th.

The calendar will be updated regularly. It is by the water fountain. Please check it regularly to stay up to date on what's going on at the gym.
