WOD - Saturday, 12.06.2014

Hopefully everyone enjoyed today's Lungs and Legs workout. If you had anything left after the rowing, it's unlikely that you felt the same way after the cleans and burpees!

Lifting with Coach Joe will be at 9am as usual. Please remember the cost is $10 for return athletes and free for first timers. Sign up on the Box HQ! At last check there were only 6 spots left.

This Sunday we will be taking the workout to the great outdoors. We will meet at the Long Beach Recreation Center's Turf Fields. The turf can be found by driving straight up National as far north as it goes or by driving north on magnolia all the way north and parking in the rec center lot followed by a quick walk. We will meet IN THE REC CENTER PARKING LOT at 10am. Working out outside is good for the Body and the Soul, so bring it. There is a zero percent chance of rain according to weather.com but a high chance of mild winter temperatures. Don't be afraid. Just come.
