Tomorrow evening's blog post will show the schedule for New Year's Eve and New Year's Day. We are almost through the my difficult time of the year to stay healthy and you guys have been doing a tremendous job with your consistency at the gym.

50 Feet Inch Worms

50 Feet Burpee Broad Jumps

10 Air Squats

2 Sets, 10 Reps Each Deadlifts at 50% of working weight



With a Partner complete AMRAP in 20 Min (break up however you would like):

50 Partner Wall Ball Sit-Ups 20/14 

100 Air Squats (One Partner Holds the Bottom of a Squat)

50 Kettlebell Snatches 53/35 (Kettlebell must touch the ground between reps and you must alternate hands each rep)


***3 Deadlifts 225/155 EMOM (Alternate Partner Deadlifting Each Minute)
