All classes are modified to fit the performance needs of any person

Open to all members after completing our elements program

Open Gym Policy

The gym is open to our CrossFit members, Fitness members and experienced CrossFit drop-ins. Our Open Gym Membership is can only use the gym during these hours.

The gym is available for open gym on:
Monday-Friday 12pm-4:45pm
Saturdays 10am-12pm
Sundays 8am-9am & 11am-12pm.
