All classes are modified to fit the performance needs of any person

Open Gym Policy
The gym is open to our CrossFit members, Fitness members and experienced CrossFit drop-ins. Our Open Gym Membership is can only use the gym during these hours.
The gym is available for open gym on:
Sundays 8am-9am & 11am-12pm.

1-hour coached session featuring a mix of bodyweight movements, kettlebells, and easily learned skills
Open to all members from day one, offered Monday through Friday at 11AM & 7PM
